Returns Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and tags. • Proof of purchase (your order number) is required. • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. opened cosmetics, perishable goods, intimate apparel) unless faulty.

• Sign in and open the order under My Account → Orders. • Request a return and tell us the reason. • We'll arrange collection or provide return instructions.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a free return and a full refund or replacement.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow a few working days for the funds to reflect.
